If you are not pleased with your order please contact us and let us know so we can do our best to make it right. We do not accept returns, but we will be happy to discuss the issue with you to see what we can do to make it fit your pup properly. Items will not be accepted that are worn or damaged.

Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.

We do not replace items that are chewed or damaged by your pet, however we may be able to fix it for a reduced cost rather than you having to purchase a new item so please contact us if this happens and we will see what we can do.

Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your item.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery tracking or service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.
