Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Paypal will send a notice with the tracking number
to the email provided once the package has been shipped.
Ordering
Each item is handmade so please allow 7 to 10 days for your item to be shipped. You will
be notified if an item is out of stock.
Minimum
First time order minimum for wholesale accounts
is $150.00. There will be no minimum order amount after the first order has been placed and delivered.
Payment
Secure on-line credit card payments can be made through PayPal. A Paypal
account is not required.

must be received within 7 days or your order will be canceled.
Returns
If you are not pleased with your order please contact
us and let us know so we can do our best to make it right. We do not accept returns, but we will be happy to exchange your
item if it has not been worn or damaged.
Please note that we do not exchange items that been
damaged from your pet scratching or chewing them.
Care
Collars and leashes should be checked periodically for signs of wear.
All of our products are washable. They may be washed
in the washing machine with a mild detergent or hand washed with spot cleaner. Do not use Bleach. Dry Flat.
